UPD 3.5 is the current live branding for Clean the Golf Yard on Roblox as of August 2, 2026. AverageGuyStudios shipped a NEW MAP and NEW MODE centered on beach cleaning: you collect litter from a coastal yard, then sort items into the correct bins instead of only scooping golf balls. The Roblox game description now lists Current Code: 20KLIKES with the next milestone at 25K likes for another reward. Headline Features

New Beach Map

The UPD 3.5 map shifts the fantasy from fairway-only cleanup to a beach golf yard with sand paths, shoreline clutter, and new spawn layouts. Balls and trash items respawn across zones similar to the original course, but routing favors wide beach lanes where GolfKart and GolfClub upgrades from the clear-all-balls guide shine. If you only know the old map, re-learn sell points and dense clusters before chasing leaderboard rank.

New Mode — Sort Into Bins

The signature UPD 3.5 mode adds a sorting step: after pickup, certain items must go into labeled bins (recycling, general waste, golf-ball deposit, etc.). Wrong-bin deposits waste time or fail objectives depending on the sub-mode. Treat sorting like a second sell checkpoint — finish a pickup loop, sort correctly, then cash out. The mode rewards players who already upgraded InstantSell and route efficiency from the earn cash fast guide.

How to Unlock

Community testing confirms the beach content unlocks after you complete the first map on Easy difficulty. New accounts should finish the tutorial yard on Easy before expecting the UPD 3.5 event portal or beach spawn. If the mode looks locked, verify difficulty — Hard variants may hide the unlock prompt until Easy is cleared once.

Event Window

The UPD 3.5 event runs roughly July 31 through August 31, 2026 (UTC). AverageGuyStudios teased pets, perks, and more maps after this window; nothing in those teases is verified yet. Farm the event daily if you want cosmetic or perk head starts before the mode rotates.

Code & Economy Changes

The official Roblox description superseded older wiki entries that listed 10KLIKES or 2KLIKES as the headline code. Live text now promotes 20KLIKES as Current Code. Community trackers such as Allthings.how still list additional active strings — 2MVISITS, 10KLIKES, GOLF, and 2Kplayers — with Fragment payouts that may stack on fresh accounts. Redeem everything on the active codes page before farming the beach map.

Several July milestone codes moved to the expired archive: 2KLIKES, 8KLIKES, FIXES, FIXES2, 5KLIKES, 4KLIKES, 1MVISITS, and SORRY. Do not skip 20KLIKES because a third-party site still shows July data.

Core Loop Still Matters

UPD 3.5 does not replace the main progression math. You still collect roughly 35,000 balls on the primary map to finish a full clear, sell for cash, and buy named upgrades in order: BiggerHand, LazyHands, PullBalls, InstantSell, BallCollector, GolfClub, Caddy, BallMagnet, GolfKart. Beach mode is a side route for event rewards; ignore it until Easy unlock if you are speed-running account growth.

Special balls remain relevant across both maps:

• Magnet Ball — tied to the Magnetized title.
• Rainbow Ball — high sell spike near $176 in community reports.
• Shard Ball — long-range pickup around 300 yards.

Post-UPD 3.5 Checklist

1. Redeem 20KLIKES plus community-active codes on Codes.
2. Read tracker reports if Allthings and Beebom disagree on secondary strings.
3. Finish first map on Easy to unlock beach sorting mode.
4. Re-test controls — pickup still uses E / Left Click on PC and RT on controller.
5. Compare upgrade purchase order before spending event Fragments.
6. Check game passes if you plan Robux boosts for the event grind.
7. Bookmark Updates for pets/perks announcements later in August.

What Carried Over From UPD 3.4

Spin rewards, Fragment shops, multiplayer servers, and ability slots (1 and 2 on PC) persist. FREESPIN, SORRYFORBUGS, and 200LIKES are retired or unreliable — see expired codes. Mobile Codes icon placement matches UPD 3.4 QoL fixes.

Known Unknowns

AverageGuyStudios has not published official patch notes with numeric balance tables for UPD 3.5. Pet stats, perk tiers, and follow-up maps are teaser-only. We update this page when Discord or the Roblox title confirms new mechanics — not from recycled July tracker leaks.
